These Terms & Conditions govern your use of ShippingLabels.ukand the services we provide (“we”, “us”, “our”). By asking for a quote, placing an order or using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Our service
We arrange genuine shipping labels for Royal Mail and other supported couriers at discounted rates. Labels are intended to be scannable and trackable through the relevant carrier's network. Orders are usually arranged through WhatsApp or another contact method we provide.
2. Pricing & quotes
- Prices shown on the website are starting or “from” rates and are indicative only.
- Final pricing depends on service, destination, weight, parcel details, order volume and availability.
- The price we confirm to you at the time of order is the price that applies to that order.
- We may update rates at any time without notice.
3. Orders
An order is formed when we confirm the service, shipment details and price, and you accept. You are responsible for providing accurate shipment details, including weight, dimensions, destination, recipient details and any service requirements. We are not responsible for issues caused by inaccurate or incomplete information you provide.
4. Payment
Payment is due as agreed at the time of order using the payment method we provide. Labels are normally issued after payment has been received and confirmed.
5. Acceptable use & prohibited items
You must use labels only for lawful shipments and must comply with the relevant carrier's terms, including rules on prohibited and restricted items, customs declarations, packaging, compensation, weight and size limits. You must not ship anything illegal, dangerous or prohibited by the carrier.
6. Delivery, tracking & carrier performance
Delivery is performed by the relevant carrier. Delivery aims, tracking, claims and compensation are governed by that carrier's own terms. We are not the carrier and do not control delivery timescales or outcomes after a shipment enters the carrier network.
7. Refunds & cancellations
Because labels can be issued for immediate use, refunds and cancellations are handled case by case. A refund may not be available after a label has been generated, sent to you or used. Contact us promptly if there is a problem and we will do our best to help.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, revenue, business or goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, and nothing affects any mandatory rights you have under applicable law.
9. Website content
We try to keep website information accurate and up to date, but rates, services and availability can change. Website content is provided for general information and does not create a binding quote unless we confirm it directly to you.
10. Trademarks
Royal Mail and other courier names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners. We are an independent reseller of genuine postage and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any carrier.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies from the date shown above.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer law gives you another right.
